Evangeline Schepper

Evangeline has an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology with a certificate in Human Performance Intervention. She has worked in education for over a decade, but recently, she made the shift to instructional software development. She is now a Director of Learning Experience and specializes in Data Talent and Training Program Development. She wears many hats in a scaling startup, but her most recent focus has been the planning and execution of a large-scale project for the Alabama State Department of Education. She lives in Pensacola, FL, with her husband and two kids. She hopes to help OTP continue in its mission to bridge the gap between research and practical application in organizational development. She hopes to facilitate collaboration and awareness with timely, useful communications.
