I bring 22 years of experience in Public Sector projects, especially in Digital Governance, Digitalisation in Public Sector, and Higher Education/VET and Skills Development sectors.

I was nominated as International Expert by the European Commission, Brussels for a prestigious international program - ERASMUS plus and was invited to Brussels to evaluate the program in Feb 2020.


I have also achieved a CEFR C1 level in English through British Council UK's IELTS exam.

I have published papers in the area of Digital Transformation and Public Policy in peer-reviewed Journals. I earned a Ph.D. degree in 2019 from a Public University (www.ignou.ac.in) in India focused on Skills development/ Training Delivery Systems for Electronic Governance in India.

I have also earned a first-class B.Sc.(Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) degree, an M.Sc. (Physics) degree, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, from reputed universities in India. For 3.5 years, I have worked on a full-time basis with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (www.iitd.ac.in) as a Research Development Officer. IIT Delhi, officially the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, is a public institute of technology located in New Delhi, India. It is one of the 23 Indian Institutes of Technology created to be Centres of Excellence for India's training, research, and development in science, engineering, and technology. It is a top-ranked institute for the employability of engineering graduates in India and globally 5 of its courses ranked in the global top 50 in 2023 QS rankings.

Currently, I am working as a Project Director with Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (www.dseu.ac.in), a Delhi Govt. University focussing on Skills Development courses and degrees. I am managing multiple large Skill Development projects in the public sector through partnerships with reputed global training companies such as- Cambridge Assessment UK, and Macmillan Education Pvt. Ltd., and Universities such as Deakin University, Australia.
